To Make a Reservation
To reserve a space using the 25Live Calendar and Reservation Request, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your desired date and time in the calendar.
- Select the space you want to book.
- If the date, time, and space are available, highlight the corresponding block.
- Once you select the block, the reservation form will automatically open.
- Complete the entire form, including details about the Who, What, When, Where, and Why of your planned event.
- Don’t forget to include your contact information.
- After you submit the form, our staff will send you a confirmation.
Student groups can directly schedule free meeting space in the Old Union and Nitery rooms. These spaces are available for free to students only on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked through 25Live during the academic year.
- Utilize the Find Available Locations prompt at 25Live to make a reservation.
- Our locations are found under Tresidder Meeting Services Locations.
In partnership with Stanford Career Education, we offer venues to host in-person or virtual events that promote your brand, connect with students, and identify potential candidates. Learn more here.
Stanford affiliates can request indoor and outdoor event spaces for a fee upon approvall, including locations such as the Oak Lounge, Cypress Room, Ballroom, White Plaza, and others, by using the 25Live calendar and reservation request tool.

Note: For outdoor events, additional fees may apply from LBRE for services such as irrigation shut off, grounds checks, PSSI bins, and janitorial services.
