Friday/Saturday Oak Lounge Student Group party space

Program Details:

• The Oak Lounge and adjoining Lobby at Tresidder Memorial Union are available on Friday or Saturday nights for parties, from 6p–2a the following day. 
• Available during Winter 2023 (Jan 20–Mar 11) and Spring 2023 (Apr 14–Jun 3) quarters.
• Each Student Group can host one reservation/event during AY 2022-23.
• Party must be open to all Stanford students.
• The maximum capacity is 350.
• A $800 deposit, not a room fee, is required and is refundable upon returning the room post-party in good order.
• Student Groups are required to meet with Meeting Services staff to review the plan and reservation.
• It's mandatory that the student submitting the request stay on-site for the duration.
• Catering allowed. 
• Alcohol allowed and must follow all University policies.

The Standard Party Package includes:

• Tresidder Lobby, as-is and Oak Lounge (or any portion of)
• use of tables and chairs
• Security: 2 SUPD officers to assist Student Groups with managing event traffic
• dedicated porter during the event to maintain the space and nearby restrooms
• PSSI (compost, recycling, bin for landfill)

Additional Fee-based services are available through Meeting Services:

• AV equipment (separate section) 
• additional SUPD officers, if required
• additional porter services and work orders, if required

You are welcome to book  (at your cost):

• your choice of caterer (please arrange linens with your caterer) 
• live music, photo booths, other vendors, etc

Requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis and must be submitted no later than the Friday prior by 4pm.
