Student Affairs Meeting Services (SAMS) is an auxiliary unit at Stanford University that maintains key spaces for our communities. We handle reservations and management of indoor and outdoor campus spaces for a range of events, including meetings, training sessions, conferences, recruitment events, milestone celebrations, and University Big 5 activities. SAMS organizes events around Tresidder Memorial Union, the Old Union Complex, and White Plaza. We offer complete event planning assistance, including audio/visual gear, catering, entertainment, janitorial services, parking arrangements, and room setups, working with internal and external vendors.
