About The Ballroom
Student Affairs Meeting Services offers reservations of the Clubhouse Ballroom on Monday - Thursday before 5:00 p.m., and all day Friday - Sunday. Reservations outside of these times are limited to registered student group use through the Asian American Activities Center (A3C). Contact the Asian American Activities Center.

The room features adjustable blinds, hard-surface flooring, open windows, a built-in stage, and a partition wall.
Room capacity is 90-200 individuals, depending on set-up style.
Available in an "as-is" set-up.
