Base rates include basic room setups (as described in the table above) using in-stock tables and chairs. Additional fees will be assessed for special room setups, additional furniture, room extras or special services (see Room Extras section below), and janitorial fees for above-normal cleaning or if damage occurs. 

To inquire about rooms, rates and reservations for special events, weddings and private parties, please contact the Meeting Services coordinator.

Payment of Fees

For all events, full payment is due at time of booking. For university groups and departments, we accept departmental PTA or ASSU numbers. For non-university groups, we accept credit cards (Visa, MC and Discover only) or cashier's checks. Fees are subject to change.

Room Extras

Audio-Visual Equipment

Audio-visual equipment is available for rental on a first come, first served basis (subject to availability).

  • Digital projector - $150
  • Indoor sound system - $160
  • Outdoor wireless sound system (240 watts; ~ 200 guests) - $175; deposit $600
  • Outdoor wireless sound system (800 watts; ~650 guests) - $225; deposit $900
  • Microphones - $25 each
  • Podium with microphone - $50
  • Wireless clicker - $25
  • Screen - $50
  • Flipchart/Easel - $15 each

Electrical or Specialty Service

We can accommodate your large or specialized electrical and IT needs. For costs and to discuss your special requests such as electrical, IT networking, communications hookups and display set-ups, please contact the Tresidder Meeting Services coordinator in advance of your event.

Early Opening/Late Closing

For access to a room before or after daily meeting hours, a $100 fee before 8 am and a $150 fee after 10 pm will be assessed. Advance approval from Meeting Services is required.

Table Coverings for Catered Events

Bamboo mesh table coverings are available for 60' round banquet tables only, $14 each (max of 26 avail).

Cancellation Policy

·    If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your event date, you will not be charged for the space.
·    If you cancel your reservation in fewer than 30 days before your event date, you will be charged full room fees.
